Elco Yard

J&J Acoustics was fortunate to partner with Devcon Construction on three out of the four buildings on the Elco Yard campus. Building C, ‘The Nest’, was 4 stories with 2 levels of below grade parking core & shell project that included a detached ‘Sawtooth’ structure for open office space. Building E North, ‘The Loft’, and E South, ‘The Mill’, were both 4 stories with 2 levels of below grade parking core & shell project that included a detached structure, ‘The Shed’, for a future restaurant. J&J Acoustics provided exterior substrate, green girt, and Dow DefendAir weather barrier for all metal panel, plaster, and Parklex Prodema wood finishes.
