Confidential Project

This project is a 4 story building. This was an exciting project for J&J Acoustics that presented many challenges. A few of the challenges we faced included a very tight schedule, an urban setting with limited site access and various design changes to accommodate the new Title 24 Energy Code that impacts Exterior Cladding Systems. This building also included extensive light gauge mansard roof framing as well as tower framing with light gauge sheer walls.

J & J Acoustics became involved in the project and began to make design changes to meet the challenging schedule requirements as well as some of the unique conditions that would no longer work with Title 24 and the mansard roof design.  Collaborating closely with the team at DPR Construction as well as the design team/consultants, J & J Acoustics was able to deliver the project on time and with a high level of quality.
