3 Things About Me

  1. I was born in Massachusetts and then moved to Ontario, Canada when I was 6 months old.  I moved back to Massachusetts when I was 6 years old and lived there until I graduated college.  I made my way across the county and have lived in California for almost 27 years.
  2. I have been married for 16 years to my husband Sean, who is an Electrical Supervisor for the City of San Jose.  We have 2 boys who keep us laughing and yelling, Jack – who is 15 and a freshman in High School and Sam – who is 11 (almost 12) and is in the 6th grade.
  3. In my spare time I like to be outside…hiking, gardening, music/concerts, shopping second hand stores or just hanging out with friends having dinner and a drink.  I also enjoy cooking and trying new recipes but if I want to relax and unwind, I really love to bake sweets.

What I Like About Working at J & J Acoustics

I have been lucky enough to be a J & J employee for almost 6 years now.  However, I have had the privilege of knowing a lot of the Jean family for 25 years now.   A few years back the stars aligned and a job became available at J & J, and now after working here, I can honestly say, I love working at this company almost as much as I love the family.

I love that my coworkers at J & J care about me as a person, my wellbeing, my family and all the smiles and tears that may come along with that.   They care about my professional growth by encouraging me, guiding me, having patience with me and teaching me.   I love that I have a voice at the company, and that from day one, they have encouraged me to speak up.  J & J truly creates a family environment where everybody is there for each other.  We have shared goals and the same vision that all revolve around helping each other and helping our customers.  Our industry is always changing, always evolving, and I feel privileged that I get to work alongside the best of the best human beings in the office and out in the field!
