Christian Domínguez-Herrera

1. Personal: I was born and raised in East Oakland California. I lived there the majority of my life. I completed school there and defeated the challenges growing up in Oakland before finding my way to J&J. I then moved to a small town called Rodeo Ca., about 6years ago. I was able to move my family into a new home after years of hard work.

2. Family: I’ve been with my wife for 23 years of my life, we met at the tender age of 13. She’s my junior high school sweetheart. After many years together, we built a family together and got married about seven years ago. We have three wonderful boys. Dominic who is 9yrs old, Santino just turned 6 and our new baby boy Luciano who is 3months old. My wife and kids are my whole world.

3. Hobbies: I really enjoy spending time with my family. Rather when we get to travel, play board games, or just watch movies, as long as we’re together that’s all that really matters. I also enjoy going for walks on our nearby trails with my dog, Chase. It’s a great way to spend some time outside with the whole family. I also enjoy stand-ups/ comedy shows, they are my absolute favorite things to watch when I get to have some downtime to myself.

What I Like About Working at J & J Acoustics

The thing I enjoy most about working at J&J Acoustics is it has allowed me to provide for my family in a huge way.
At a young age, I was able to help my mother purchase her own home. It has offered my family and me, a better life than I had growing up. After lots of hard work, I too purchased my first home for my family, to raise our kids in.

I have met lots of knowledgeable people that have shown me so much support in this trade. I was given the opportunity to learn and grow with this company and I will always appreciate that.
There’s so much opportunity at this company starting with the education/classes required to learn different tasks to complete huge projects. The professionalism and safety practices really make you proud and happy to go to work. I love that there is constant room to grow and gain experience every single day.
I love learning something new every day and sharing my experiences with my family and kids. Showing them the places I’ve had a hand in building and the projects I’ve helped create and complete is exciting and rewarding in many ways. I’ve been able to improve my own home with the knowledge I’ve gained and make my home more beautiful living space for my family. I love that my kids admire what I do for a living, it really makes all the hard work worth it, and proud to be a part of it.
I enjoy the coworkers that I work with, everyone shows great team effort and it helps get our job done very efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
I look forward to many more years of learning, growing, and being a productive employee at J&J Acoustics.
