Arturo Ventura

1. Personal: I was born in Sayula, Jalisco in 1988. In 2005, I moved to Hayward California. Then I moved to Tracy in 2015. I have been enjoying this town ever since then.
2. Family: I’m a happily married man since 2007, we have 2 kids; one girl 13 years old, and a son 12 years old. I’m very proud of my family.
3. Hobbies: I like to spend time with my family, we like to go ride ATVs and explore new places every chance we get. We like to go for hikes in the mountains and we also enjoy being by the ocean.

What I Like About Working at J & J Acoustics

I started working at J&J Acoustics 3 years ago and what I like about this place is that it is a family-oriented company, we have good people working around us for every job we do. We received plenty of support from the office to the field and that really makes a difference.

I like that every person has the same opportunities to grow, you can start as a stocker/scrapper and end up working in the office if that is your desire and potential. They have an open-door policy for comments and suggestions and that really helps us and the company to get better every day.
