J&J Acoustics is a leading manufacturer-approved and/or certified installer of many exterior finishing and insulation products.  We are expert installers of exterior finish systems such as CI or EIFS, as well as direct applied finishes, with an excellent track record of attractive, water-tight exteriors.

Waterproofing & Air-Barriers

Our employee’s expertise in sheet membrane and liquid applied water and air barriers is unparalleled.  We are approved by all the major manufacturers.  While our waterproofing is frequently under our own stucco or EIFS, we have also partnered with other specialty subcontractors to provide waterproofing / air barriers under other cladding systems such as metal panels or fiber-cement panels.

Acoustical Plaster Systems

BIM Modeling

In an era of fast schedules, intense overhead congestion, and elaborate designs, it has become increasingly important to get the drywall & framing contractor on board early with projects to provide valuable input. We have participated in identifying project conflict areas on many projects through utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM). This process has become increasingly important on project types that have extreme overhead congestion such as Hospitals and Laboratories. J&J Acoustics is committed to providing our clients with the proper input and BIM modeling experience to be a valuable team member on your next project.

Design Build

We have partnered with some of the largest GC’s and Architects to provide a comprehensive & cost effective approach to serving our clients’ needs through a Design Build team model. Through this process we provide design and engineering of the cold formed metal framing systems, make recommendations on schedule & sequencing, building products, and potential areas of value engineering. In addition to this, we provide the team with valuable trade specific insight based on our vast experience with large scale construction projects. We have saved our clients time and money by identifying potential areas of conflict that can only be avoided by a skillful, well versed, and experienced drywall contractor. Our design build delivery method has proven to be a huge success for the entire team.
